Yuma native and founder of Gwynn Construction, Jill has formed strong professional partnerships in the construction industry over the past 17 years working on residential and commercial projects.  

Jill graduated from the University of Arizona and began her career in the real estate and construction industry in 1999.  She quickly climbed the ranks and was promoted to project manager for one of Yuma's premier residential development companies where she gained experience in construction management, estimating, sales, contract negotiation, value engineering and financial management. 

For over 50 years, Howard has been at the forefront of the real estate, land development and construction industry in Yuma. He is a highly respected and is often consulted by his colleagues for large construction projects and land deals.  Howard is known for making calculated and well-planned business decisions and is a subject matter expert in value engineering, building trends and property values.  Howard holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona and has held many volunteer administrative positions in multiple organizations and charities:  Hospice of Yuma, Catholic Community Services, the University of Arizona Children's Research Center and Yuma Catholic High School Board.  

With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry as a Project Supervisor, Terry is a highly sought-after commercial contractor called upon by large companies, the federal government and independent owners for his expert guidance.  Terry has managed projects including multi-purpose facilities, restaurants, agricultural processing facilities, gas stations and aircraft hangars with budgets ranging from a few thousand dollars to tens of millions. 

Chad has over 5 years of project management experience in the commercial construction industry and 10 years of risk management experience working as a civilian for the US Navy.  In his role, Chad fosters and environment of teamwork and ensures that strategy is clearly defined while overseeing performance, jobsite safety and maintaining morale.  Chad holds a Top Secret Security Clearance and is certified in OSHA 30, CPR and Construction Quality Management for Contractors by the US Army Corps of Engineers.
